The La Noria Coffee Project is a partnership between a producer, a roaster, and a speciality coffee shop. Juan Camilo is the brand's creator and also the owner of Pastora, a speciality coffee store in Madrid's colourful neighbourhood of La Latina.
We put together a creative pitch encompassing research, brand strategy, and content ideas after visiting Juan Camilo at Pastora and hearing all about the concept and vision of La Noria. After receiving his approval, we spent a whole day at Pastora filming content, enjoying the art of coffee manufacturing, and soaking up the good vibes.
